  •  ServiceNow Certified System Administration certification
  • Hands-on experience of working with the ServiceNow platform
  • Knowledge of the process areas of below modules:
    • Incident Management & SLM
    • Problem Management
    • Change Management
    • Project & Portfolio Management (PPM)
    • Asset, Configuration Management
    • CMDB – Discovery
    • Integrations – LDAP ; MID server ; SSO SCCM ; HPSM etc..
    • Integration with Asset Vision ( customized the solution to get required data in query and pass dates before creating messages)
    • Email Inbound actions and data validation jobs
    • Leavers process via schedule jobs and integrations
    • Movers Process via Schedule jobs and integrations
    • On Boarding Offboarding
    • Data Anonymization
    • Knowledge Management full life cycle development
    • Asset Management
